About Juan
I am a bioinformatician and researcher holding a Ph.D. in Physics from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Over the past five years, I have developed machine learning algorithms and mathematical models at institutions like the Max Planck Institute. Alongside my research, I have a strong background in education, having served as a university teaching assistant for Mathematical Physics and co-organized international scientific summer schools. My academic journey has taught me that any mathematical concept can be mastered with the right approach. Today, I combine my scientific background with my professional experience as a bioinformatics consultant to offer a highly structured, professional, and supportive learning environment. Whether you need to pass a tough exam or master advanced topics, I am here to help you build true confidence and succeed.

As a researcher with a Ph.D. in Physics , I believe that learning mathematics and physics shouldn’t be about memorizing formulas, but about understanding the underlying logic. Having taught at the university level and co-organized international scientific schools , I have developed a teaching method focused on conceptual clarity, patience, and real-world applications.
I use an interactive, problem-solving approach focused on conceptual clarity, patience, and real-world applications. Instead of memorizing formulas, we break down complex calculus or physics topics into manageable pieces using digital whiteboards for real-time visualization. A typical 60-minute lesson is structured for maximum engagement: we spend the first 5–10 minutes reviewing previous concepts or homework doubts, followed by 20–25 minutes diving into the core theory and why it works. We then dedicate 20 minutes to guided practice, tackling problems together from basic applications to exam-style questions, and finish with a 5-minute wrap-up and feedback for independent study.
