About Kayya
I am a qualified meditation coach, 200hr registered yoga teacher, level 3 personal trainer and level 2 reiki practitioner. I have been practicing and researching holistic health for 10 years and coaching one to one and group sessions for 2.5 years.

My teaching method is practical, with classes based on providing sufficient, accessible and digestible knowledge that enables my student(s) to feel empowered enough to integrate my teachings into their lifestyle.
I provide classes to all age groups and demographics, including families, as I believe mindfulness can and should be practiced by everyone on Earth. My ethos is to share the knowledge I have been gifted by my teachers woth honesty, clarity and integrity. I have been gifted with and abundance of knowledge that has helped me turn my life around and keep it on track and my primary aim is to share that wholeheartedly so that so that my students can do so too. My style of meditation coaching is accessible to all ages, and I firmly believe, as extensive research has shown, that the younger this practice can be introduced, the less likely children will be to develop longer term mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression in later life.
