"Music grew alongside me since I was a child. Teaching for 13 years allows me to understand diverse learning styles.
I help students master barre chords and songwriting. Lead guitar and music theory remain core components.
Reading tabs and sheet music builds literacy. Strumming patterns add character to your rhythm guitar work.
Scales and modes create a solid foundation. Power chords provide needed energy. I love playing just as much as teaching."

"Starting out involves evaluating your current ability level. We look at your goals during the first meeting. My MMus Vocal Studies from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama influences how I analyse melody and harmony on the fretboard. Teaching 431 students over 13 years taught me to simplify complex ideas.
You will learn to internalise rhythm quickly. Expect to see results through regular practice. We keep the joy of playing at the centre of every session while tracking your progress."
