About Alison
This is my 12th year teaching and I love working with students. My 6th graders consistently show more than a year's growth on end of year assessments. I have a master's degree in literacy. I understand how to scaffold lessons so that students feel successful and more motivated to practice. Reading and writing can be difficult but with a teacher that can understand and manage struggles, reading and writing can become a joyful experience.
