Empowering Middle School Students Through Storytelling and Social Studies Mastery Hi, I’m Ashley, a passionate middle school educator with over four years of experience teaching English Language Arts with a strong emphasis on historical fiction, using trusted curricula like Guidebooks and Wit & Wisdom. I also have a year of experience teaching social studies through the Louisiana Bayou Bridge framework, which has deepened my approach to helping students connect history with their everyday lives. Whether it's analyzing a protagonist’s journey or exploring the causes of the American Revolution, I guide students to think deeply, not just memorize facts.
