Methodology

My lesson structure always starts off with identifying student needs. Whether it's generating ideas, editing, punctuation, creating an outline, or a thesis, I always start with what the student is looking to achieve and start the lesson with that in mind.

Background

I am a writer, performer, and educator that blends multiple technical approaches to writing and literacy. I teach college level academic writing, creative writing, and critical thinking. Many students have come back to tell me how my instruction has affected their academic performance and I am proud to say that I have impacted their lives in a positive way.
