My teaching consists of three elements: Practical, Theoretical and Aural (playing by ear). The student and I will start with an evaluation of their understanding of music, and from there on I decide whether we need to start with the fundamentals or more advanced levels of music. Lessons are 1 hour each for ages 10 and up, and 30 minutes each for those younger than 10.
