About Antonia

I’m a native English speaker (UK) who has recently moved to Melbourne. I’m a history graduate of the university of Nottingham and the university of Exeter where I did a postgraduate in children’s mental health.

I have over 6 years experience teaching English in Spain and the UK to varied ages and abilities. I have experience of teaching groups and 1:1, in person and online. I believe learning starts with good relationships and clear goals.

About the lesson

I practise person-centred teaching with a focus on understanding people’s individual learning styles. I love creating imaginative and unique lessons to support learning in a fun and collaborative way. We can discuss whether it would be a good idea to have a text book or go more free flowing.

I am a qualified TESOL trainer and have experience teaching from ages 5-80.

Classes can be catered to beginners, starting their English speaking journey, and also proficient speaking wishing to fine tune their skills. Classes are usually an hour or 1,5 hours.
