About Danae
As a life-long student of language; a professional legal, fiction, and marketing writer; and an individual who ardently appreciates the value of cultural diversity, I am always invested in the success of the learners who entrust me with guiding their English language-learning experiences. There is an inherent vulnerability that exists in the endeavor of acquiring new language skills, because language is the means by which we communicate our principles, our boundaries, our preferences and aversions, and, most importantly, ourselves.
From true-to-life pronunciations and colloquialisms to never ending a sentence with a preposition, together we can customize your curriculum to suit your needs.

English
Well versed in foreign language studies, I understand the importance of creating conceptual relationships between one's native tongue and the language that one is endeavoring to learn or even master. Language and vocabulary retention is rooted in one's ability to correlate a known idea or concept with a different means of expression.
For instance, how many words do you already know for great?
There's amazing, fantastic, cool, exceptional, impressive, remarkable, inimitable, super, awesome, fabulous, and the list goes on.
The most incredible thing about learning a new language is discovering new ways to express yourself, and, while there may be some missteps over the course of your mastery, missteps are still steps. The only question is: Do they lead your farther from or closer to your goal?
