About Ioannis
I grew up in Greece but moved to Austria shortly after I turned 18. There I studied modern Greek history, literature and philology and completed both my bachelor's and my master's degree at the Institute for Byzantine and Modern Greek Studies at the University of Vienna. I am now doing my PhD at the same university where I tutored Modern Greek.
I never stop learning and I always enjoy teaching Modern Greek to people of all ages and levels (A1-C2).

Through my 6 years of experience I have taught from elementary school students to university students, and also from children to seniors. I offer my students the necessary learning material, not only focusing on syntax, orthography and texts, but also emphasizing on communication. I always try to motivate my students according to the motto "Never stop asking questions". Since every student is unique, I always respond to their needs and organize the lessons accordingly.
