About Rebecka
I have been running for 18 years and have been coaching for the past 8. I love to hit the trails or the track. My primary experience is with coaching youth (5-18yrs), but I am able to coach any age or any ability. Many of my runners hit personal bests, while being coached by me. One of my former youth runners will be running for NNU this year! I have several runners that have placed overall in city races.

I tailor my approach to each runner, even while coaching groups. I start off with easier lessons and increase the difficulty as the runners abilities increase. While coaching a runner for a particular race I focus on the techniques required for that race. For all my runners I focus on form and teach warm up drills and stretches.

Details
I require a 24hrs cancellation notice otherwise the full cost of the lesson will be charged. It is $20 per student not per group. I teach individuals or groups of 10 or fewer runners. For those booking the 10hr rate the full cost of the lessons are due at the first lesson.
