My teaching method usually uses the direct approach, but we can talk your preferred method without any problems.
The direct approach consists of the student not having an entirely passive role, he interacts and learns actively, in a mostly monolingual environment (the class is taught in Thai, except for beginners who do not have any prior knowledge)
