About Hannah

Hi there! I'm Hannah Iluyomade, a highly focused Year 2 English Language student at the University of Lagos (UNILAG). I chose to study English because I genuinely believe effective communication is the greatest skill any child can have. I teach foundational English because I know exactly how frustrating it is when grammar rules don't make sense and confusing. My approach is different: I use patient encouragement and modern, relatable examples to make spelling and reading click immediately. As a young tutor, I'm energetic and very relatable to primary and JSS students. My goal isn't just to pass lessons, but to inspire a genuine love for the language. Let's build a confident and articulate learner together!

About My English Lessons

Hello! I'm a Year 2 English student at UNILAG, and I'm here to show your child that English doesn't have to be confusing. My passion is breaking down complex topics into simple, digestible steps that stick!

I specialize in foundational Primary and JSS English. My goal is to build strong habits in the early years by focusing on:
Confident Reading & Vocabulary: Turning struggle into flow.
Core Grammar Fundamentals: Mastering tenses, punctuation, and sentence construction.
Spelling Success: Practical tips to nail common errors.

As a recent student of the curriculum, I am patient, energetic, and highly relatable. My teaching uses fun, real-life examples, not boring textbooks!

Let's start boosting your child's confidence and mastering English together!

If you need an English tutor then Hannah is the best for the task, she has a good communication and engaging skill, her approach to teaching is awesomely unique, she educates like a mother to her children, tutoring and giving tasks.
She is so homely, intelligent, grammatically sound, tenderhearted and creates a very friendly atmosphere in her lectures.
Trust me when I say she's maybe not be perfect but she's close to perfection.
