I teach my students in a unique way after assessing their learning style and make them participate actively. I focus on the learning process, moreover, I believe that every person is able to learn, but not in the same way.
I would love to play all the roles a teacher has to play: a mentor, a facilitator, a guide and also a needed supporter.
