About Pauline
Thank you for stopping by! I am a trauma- informed Life and Leadership Coach who specializes in ADHD learning from personal experience. Being neurodivergent myself, I understand the challenges that a public school system brings. I provide a safe space where you can learn what is required, while maintaining low anxiety ...which is often a consequence of school pressures. Creating habits, prioritizing/scheduling, and completing projects are things that I have learned myself and would love to help make your learning easier. As a Life/Leadership Coach there are a variety of topics I can mentor. Our first meeting will help us narrow down your immediate needs as the priority.
I have an ABA in History and Women's Studies which has helped me to understand different cultures and challenges that life can put in your way. I am an RDA through college and a Life/Leadership Coach through JSCS. I have best-selling published works as an author, and consider myself a lifelong learner. I am patient and compassionate though also determined to help you meet your goals. Your success is my success! I can't wait to meet you!

Hi, I appreciate your enthusiasm by researching who I am before we start. This shows resilience and strength. I have been told that I am a natural teacher.
