I received my Bachelor Degree in English (Communications emphasis) from Lemoyne College in Syracuse, NY. There, I received a well-rounded education emphasizing literature, philosophy, speech, and composition.
When teaching, I prefer to ask some preliminary questions to determine a student's level of learning. I will then determine my course of action to help the student. I always welcome questions and will work with a student until he or she is confident with the results.
I am just beginning to give lessons, but I have had over 20 years of customer service experience that required me to teach customers on various issues. During that time, I've successfully helped many thousands of customers understand matters they were previously confused by.
