About Lee
I have been a substitute teacher for 5 years in middle and high school. I have taught undergrad classes also. I have experience teaching many subjects but my passion is English literature and writing. I am an avid reader of all genres. I am also available for social studies and history. I have a BA in English Literature, a BA in History, and ABT for an MFA in Creative Writing.

I use a whole student approach and tailor the lessons to the students needs. I access where they are struggling and focus our time in those areas. I am available to tutor all levels of English and Writing, including undergrad work. I know during this difficult time of social distancing and online education, it can be more challenging to gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in classes. I can help you bridge the gap.

Details
I charge $10/per session for travel up to 10 miles each way and $1/per mile beyond that. A student living 12 miles away would be charged $12/per session for travel. No additional fees required for video lessons. I am also willing to meet the student at a mutually agreed location.
