I am a Nutritional Therapist and help my clients to understand the role food plays in their lives. Once you get to understand how your body responds to the food you take, you will amazed at how easy it all becomes.

First we work together to set our goals and look at any underlying habits. I NORMALLY WILL DO A BODY ANALYSIS, if the client is able to travel to me, if not possible I will take a detailed information to help us get to know each other in order to commit to this journey.
