Hello! I'm Pragati, an English literature enthusiast with a strong academic foundation and a genuine passion for teaching. I’ve qualified GATE in English (HSS), graduated from Miranda House, University of Delhi, and am currently pursuing my Master's in English at Jawaharlal Nehru University — all of which reflect my commitment to the subject and to academic excellence. A typical class begins with a quick recap, followed by an interactive session on the day’s topic, and ends with short exercises or discussions to reinforce understanding. I often incorporate real-world texts — poems, essays, news pieces, or even memes — to help students relate classroom learning to everyday language use. What sets me apart is my academic grounding and student-focused style. I’ve qualified GATE in English, graduated from Miranda House, and am currently pursuing my Master’s from JNU — all of which have shaped my deep, research-oriented yet approachable teaching philosophy. I’m patient, empathetic, and tailor lessons to each learner’s goals and pace.
