About Angela
Yoga teacher, Pilates studio worker, health and wellness enthusiast, meditation teacher. I have taught in person and on Zoom. I’m planning to take a 300hr YTT on top of the 200hr YTT I’ve completed. I’m passionate about what I do.

I teach guided meditations focusing on watchingyour breath and thoughts. I aim to bring awareness away from over thinking and into the moment of what’s happening in the present. I teach different techniques to calm and center oneself to help cope with daily life.
