About Farzana

I teach with a passion as I believe education is the soul of society as Malcolm X wisely reflected, 'Education is our passport to the future'. I am popular and liked amongst classes, students and colleagues. I am highly organised, structured and innovative; always looking for new ways to help each of my students unlock and reach their potential. I believe in setting high standards across teaching and learning whilst upholding sound morals and values. Teaching and learning is a two-way process as encapsulated in this popularChinese proverb: 'Teachers open the door, but you must enter it by yourself'.

About the lesson

Excellent ability to facilitate and teach difficult concepts to students, including breaking down topics, scaffolding, re-teaching and checking for understanding. Superb knowledge of delivering instruction with up-to-date technology and empowering students to use valuable resources. In depth understanding of curriculum and assessment methods.

Farzana has now been teaching my daughters for about 3 months and the girls thoroughly enjoy the lessons and look forward to them on the weekends. They feel well supported and we can see them grow in confidence from week to week. Thanks for your support and tailored lessons to match their abilities. I hope this review can encourage others to do the same for their children as the school teachers have also noticed big improvements in their abilities. Thanks.

My daughter has really struggled with her English. Farzana was able to enhance her grades, be extremely patient, but most of all built her confidence up. She received the grades she needed to attend college and we are forever grateful to Farzana

Farzana is an outstanding tutor who helped me to do well in my GCSE English. Her teaching methods are fun, interactive and they create a positive and supportive learning environment, which encourages you to push yourself to aim for those high grades. She also makes sure everyone’s needs are tended to no matter their level of understanding and has a talent for making sure hard concepts are easy to understand. Would highly recommend.
