About Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah, a coding and computing teacher who loves helping students build confidence with technology. I have studied both GCSE and A-level computer science and I am currently studing the subject at university. I’ve taught computer science, coding and robotics to KS2, KS3 and KS4 students, both in schools and online, and I aim to make lessons engaging, practical, and easy to understand. Whether a student is completely new to computing or needs extra support, I adapt my teaching style to suit them and help them learn at their own pace. My lessons start at one hour and max out at two hours, and I would love to see you there.

I aim to make lessons engaging, practical, and easy to understand. Whether a student is completely new to computing or needs extra support, I adapt my teaching style to suit them and help them learn at their own pace. My lessons start at one hour and max out at two hours, and I would love to see you there. We start lessons off slow seeing what the student already knows and understands and go over what we will be learning that day, we then go into some teaching time where students are encouraged to ask and answer questions, we then take a quick break to recharge our batteries before going into practical work where students are set off on a main task while still being supported. Although not every lesson I do sometimes set some additional work for students to get on with to keep ideas fresh in their minds outside of class.
