About Georgia
I was gymnast for over 12y of my life.
As you may know, gymnastics is a body and muscle builder yet a very delicate and danceable sport. You gotta learn about pace, rhythm and strong abilities all at the same time.
Boxing isn’t much difference - I know, call me crazy! But believe me, it isn’t!
You gotta have as much rhythm, strength, perfect concentration, pace, focus… as a gymnast.
Boxing tho - is the BEST sport I’ve ever been into and have ever taught!
