As a dedicated tutor with experience working with a range of students, including those with learning challenges, I’m here to provide support and guidance tailored to your unique needs. I hold a degree from the University of Pretoria and am currently pursuing a second degree in BSc. This academic journey has given me a strong foundation in both the subjects I teach and effective learning strategies. My approach is patient and focused on building understanding, not just memorization, so you can gain both confidence and competence in your studies. Whether you're looking to improve your reading and writing skills or need help tackling math problems, I am committed to providing clear, manageable lessons that will make complex concepts easier to grasp. About the lesson

My approach to private tutoring is centered around patience, understanding, and personalized attention. I believe that every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to meet the individual needs of the student. Whether it's building confidence in reading and writing, or tackling challenging math concepts, I break down difficult material into manageable steps.

I focus on creating a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. This helps foster a growth mindset and ensures students are motivated to learn.

The lessons I offer include:
- English: Reading comprehension, writing skills, grammar, and essay writing
- Math: Problem-solving, algebra, and other core concepts for primary school levels
- Special focus on students with learning challenges, offering additional support and strategies for success

I also provide assignments and resources for continued practice outside of lessons to reinforce learning.
