About Poh

I am a UCSI Badminton Team player and Perak Badminton State player with a total 15 years experience and have teach students with basic skills knowledge in badminton and teach their stamina. I have joined in National Championship as well

About the lesson

My teaching method is start from basic gripping technique, basic footwork, basic badminton strokes, badminton serve- correct technique to deliver good serve,basic stand with attack and defend effective during a game, agility skills, some simple stamina training will be teach,
