About Elnaz

As an academic, helping my students learn the basics based on their individual learning abilities and creating a trainee-trainer concrete relationship with them is crucial. My teaching methods are flexible to my students' personal learning skills and academic needs.

When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?
Since high school, I knew that I am interested in research and science. I developed also simultaneous interest in art and let my creativity to be shaped around different topics in science and art, helping me to be innovative and able to think out of the box and efficient in problem-solving.
What makes you passionate about your subject?
The novelty of it, the fact that there are so much we don't know, and the interdisciplinary nature of it that makes different areas come together to answer the questions.
What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a "Superprof"?
Teaching and conveying knowledge is joyful. It is very satisfying to empower my students to succeed and achieve their goals and watch them improve. I always get inspired by being in touch with young and motivated aspiring students.
Do you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you? Please explain.
I have many role models in the field of science. Being a woman myself, I have a few women role models. My role models are not necessarily successful and famous people. I find inspiration in those who stuck with their morals and principles, made the right decisions and got through unbelievably challenging and difficult situations, meanwhile achieving their goals. Keeping their passion, even when everything is against their odds, and kept believing regardless.
