About Saksham
I have 100+ hours of tutoring experience and founded a nonprofit math tutoring program where I lead 6 tutors serving 20–30 students each week. I’ve earned AP 5s in Calculus AB/BC, Physics C, and Computer Science A.
I’m a STEM-focused tutor who enjoys helping students turn difficult concepts into problems they can confidently solve on their own. I specialize in AP Calculus AB/BC, Precalculus, AP Physics 1, Physics C Mechanics and E&M, and AP Computer Science A. My tutoring experience includes 100+ hours working with students, as well as founding and leading a nonprofit math tutoring program. I focus on clear explanations, step-by-step problem-solving, and adapting lessons to each student’s individual needs.
Can also teach Calc I and II. General Physics 1 and 2.

# AP Calculus, Physics & Computer Science Tutor — Learn to Solve, Not Memorize
Struggling with AP Calculus, Physics, or Computer Science? I can help you build the problem-solving skills to tackle even the hardest questions with confidence.
I tutor:
* **AP Calculus AB & BC**
* **Precalculus & AP Precalculus**
*** Regular and Honors Physics***
* **AP Physics 1**
* **AP Physics C: Mechanics**
* **AP Physics C: Electricity & Magnetism**
* **AP Computer Science A**
***Calc I***
***Calc II***
*** AP and Honors and Regular Chemistry ***
My approach focuses on understanding **why** a solution works rather than memorizing formulas or following steps. For difficult problems, I break them down into manageable pieces, show you how to recognize what the problem is asking, and develop a systematic approach you can reuse on future questions.
# What I can help with
* Homework and difficult problem sets
* AP exam preparation
* Practice tests and FRQs
* Reviewing concepts you’re struggling with
* Developing problem-solving strategies
* Preparing for challenging units before tests
* Working through difficult problems step-by-step
Whether you’re trying to catch up, improve your grade, or push toward a 4 or 5 on the AP exam, I'll adapt lessons to your current level and goals.
**Subjects:** Calculus AB/BC, Precalculus, AP Precalculus, Physics 1, Physics C Mechanics, Physics C E&M, AP Computer Science A.

Excellent! Good experience
- Once she understands a problem, she can solve it; she just needs 1 or 2 examples to grasp the problem's structure. This works for practice, but on real tests she won't have those examples. Needs to work on fully understanding concepts and problem-solving.Saksham's response :
Perfect! He was able to explain the material in a way that better suited my son’s learning style and helped him understand the concepts more clearly.
- Learns quickly, needs some work on algebra skills, and remembering formulas. Has the right idea and understands concepts, just needs work on problem solving, comes with practice.Saksham's response :
