About Sabrina
I am a recent University of Michigan graduate and freelance tutor. I majored in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience and minored in Entrepreneurship. I’m currently applying to graduate school for a Master of Management degree. I welcome everyone to join me in learning languages and piano. Learning a new language or instrument can be a difficult, yet rewarding journey, and I hold empathy and patience as key attributes to a successful teacher. My passion for learning languages and helping others communicate with people from all walks of life has inspired me to become a tutor, and I hope it one day inspires you to teach others as well. About the lesson

Lessons will begin at the level of the student, ranging from beginner to fluent. I have verb conjugation, declension, and vocabulary word charts prepared for all levels and also plan on integrating visual/audio content to provide a holistic approach to learning languages. For fun, it will be a great idea to read articles and current news in the target language, so that students can apply lessons to real world content and better converse with native speakers. There will be summary recap and sometimes a quiz at the end of each lesson. For piano, I have three books I use for scales, exercises, and songs and I send students the pages they need before the lesson begins. Feel free to bring any writing assignment in for editing and/or translating help and I have practice ACT exams we can work out of as well.
