About Felecia

Returning to music after a long break is common, and I see it often in my 10 years of playing. Most people find the hardest guitar parts actually become the most enjoyable once they stick. I teach improvisation and soloing alongside essential maintenance and tuning.

My degree from Belmont University gave me the industry perspective I use to help you master electric technique, fingerpicking, and reading tabs. I keep the vocabulary plain until the idea lands, then we label it correctly. Let me help you find your groove, from chord transitions to strumming patterns and songwriting.

Walking into your first session, we start by checking your current ability level without any pressure to perform. It feels like chatting with a friend while we map out a path for your musical growth based on your specific goals.

Drawing on my background as a pop songwriter, I use 7.0 as a benchmark for technical clarity during our time together. I constantly check your understanding in small ways to ensure you keep making progress. We skip the testing at the end and focus on steady improvement instead. It remains incredibly satisfying to hear those difficult riffs finally click into place for you.
