I am a postgraduate student at UCD from India. I am excited to introduce myself as your English tutor!

I have always had a passion for language learning and have been fascinated by the English language since I was young. I have pursued my interest in English through my education and have gained a strong foundation in the English language and literature. My experience has taught me the importance of effective communication skills in both my personal and professional life. That's why I am committed to helping my students improve their English proficiency.

As a tutor, I am passionate about helping students achieve their goals and build their confidence in using English. I believe in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that promotes student-centered learning. My teaching methodology focuses on developing the four main skills of language learning: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I also place great emphasis on grammar and vocabulary, as they are essential components of effective communication.

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring English in Ireland would be to create a supportive and engaging learning environment for my students. I would begin by assessing the level of my student's English proficiency, their learning style, and their individual needs and goals. This would help me to develop a customized lesson plan that caters to their specific requirements.

I would use a combination of teaching methodologies, including communicative language teaching, task-based learning, and grammar translation, depending on the needs of my students. I would also employ a range of materials and resources, such as textbooks, audio and visual aids, authentic materials, and online resources, to ensure that the lessons are diverse and engaging.

The typical length of a lesson would depend on the level and needs of my students. Generally, a lesson could be anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. However, I would always strive to make the lesson time as productive and engaging as possible, regardless of the length.

My lessons would be suitable for students of all levels, ages, and backgrounds. Whether the student is a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level, I would create a tailored learning plan that meets their specific needs and goals.
