About Mia
I have recently graduated with a MSc from UCL in Language Sciences, following a BA honours degree in Linguistics from the University of Manchester. I have a varied knowledge of both practical Linguistics issues as well as in-depth grammatical knowledge and understanding. I am a keen proofreader, able to offer a fresh eye for grammatical and spelling issues, even in subjects in which I am not as familiar.

I am able to tutor degree students studying either English language or Linguistics, or offer any proof reading services to any current student. I am also able to offer English Language and Literature support to A-level/GCSE students. I am very friendly and approachable, and am always keen to get the best potential out of people I teach - these methods therefore vary between students, as I have learned over the years the way that different students need different teaching methodologies.
