About Nikki
Hi there!
I have loved the challenge of being a primary school teacher for the last 10 years. I enjoy helping to create that feeling of confidence, capability and joy that students can feel when mastering a previously tricky skill. I believe that mistakes are an integral element of learning and will always create a positive and supportive environment. Something that I’m pretty proud of is that I have travelled to 35 different countries. Alongside this, I lived and taught at primary schools in London for 5 years which has helped me to be the teacher I am today.

All lessons are highly personalised and differentiated to suit the needs of each individual student. Student capabilities will be recognised and celebrated whilst ensuring education next steps and challenges will be the driving focus.
This is where my Bachelor of Education and years of experience as a classroom teacher come into play. Having worked across a variety of year levels from years 1-6 (5-11 years old), I can confidently recognised gaps in the students learning and work with them to close these gaps and increase the student’s confidence.
Maths and Literacy (both reading and writing) are my main curriculum areas that I offer individual tutoring for.
