About Haydan
I started my adult career path as a software developer for a small startup in rural Missouri. This experience provided me many tools and skills pertaining to programming and advanced PC knowledge. I have since earned my Associates of Applied Science with a major in Computer Science, but am working towards a Bachelors in Psychology currently. I will not be using my programming knowledge in the professional setting going further, so I would like to impart my knowledge to new students or hobbyists. I have co-developed many desktop applications for businesses and built a considerable amount of web applications in the back end.
In my free time, I play video games, work on old coding projects, and take some time to read.

Teaching Method
My teaching method is over zoom or google hangouts with a shared screen. I first ask if there’s anything subject wise that they’d like to learn, need help with, or if they want something new. I answer questions as they come and will expand on them if that is what’s needed.
Typical Lesson Plan
Coding - Demonstration and explanation of program, assign a task, check over email and provide feedback.
PC usage - Demonstration and answer questions, such as ‘how do I create this type of file?’ or ‘how do I set my default browser?’. I will assign tasks.
What’s So Different?
I’m now a psychology major, so an impromptu rant session would be tolerated.
Who Will Benefit from my Tutoring?
The programming lessons are for those who are interested in coding and want to learn a bit before college or are in college and it just hasn’t clicked yet. The PC lessons are for those who struggle with everyday PC usage and want to become more tech savvy.
