About Alia

Hello! My name is Alia, and I'm so excited to be your tutor. I am passionate about teaching English because I believe that language is a powerful tool—it opens doors to new opportunities, helps you connect with people from all around the world, and allows you to express yourself creatively and confidently.

I have a Master’s degree in TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) with 3.9 CGPA, and I’ve spent the past three years working with young learners like you, helping them develop their English skills. I specialize in working with primary school students (ages 6 to 12), and I truly enjoy making learning fun, interactive, and engaging.

Why do I want to teach? Well, teaching isn’t just a job for me—it’s something I genuinely love. Watching my students grow, discover new things, and build confidence in themselves is incredibly rewarding. I want to create a space where you feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and, most importantly, enjoy learning! Whether it’s through games, stories, songs, or fun activities, I’ll make sure we have lots of ways to learn and practice English that fit your style and interests.

I believe that every student is unique, and my goal is to guide you at your own pace, helping you achieve your personal best while making the journey as enjoyable as possible. I’m here to support you every step of the way and make sure you feel confident and proud of all the progress you make.

About the lesson

As a tutor, my goal is to create a supportive, engaging, and dynamic learning environment where each student feels encouraged to explore and develop their English language skills.

My teaching approach is student-centered, meaning I prioritize the individual needs of each learner. I use a variety of interactive and creative teaching techniques.

Each lesson is typically 2 hours long, which allows enough time for both focused learning and fun activities.

I’ve worked with children aged 6-12 years old, helping them improve their English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
