About Juan
My name is Juan, I was born in Quito, Ecuador, and have been playing drums for over 14 years, and teaching drums for 8. Before moving to Nashville, I lived in Boston where I attended Berklee College of Music, where I obtained a degree in Drum Set Performance.
I am a full-time musician, and have experience touring, recording, and performing throughout the Americas.

I am a professional drummer living in Nashville, Tennessee. I perform, tour, and record alongside artists in genres ranging from rock and metal to country and jazz.
As a teacher I aim to transmit my passion for drums to my students. My end goal is for students to be comfortable challenging themselves, and to look forward to practicing.
I am bilingual, and have experience teaching both in English and Spanish.
