Professional educator with 20 years English Language Arts experience; specializing in learning disabilities.

Methodology

My teaching philosophy stems from Albert Einstein's theory that "everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid". For me, this means that every student learns in unique ways and it is my job to find the right way to teach for the student to understand. My methods are often outside the box, but very effective. I truly believe everyone is a genius; it's just a matter of finding the right way for them to express that genius.
