About Maria

I have a very energetic and passionate teaching style. I believe that as a teacher if I bring my best self and best energy to the classroom the student will mirror the same energy and engage and learn more throughout the lessons. Learning a new language can be very daunting so my aim is to take your anxiousness away and make the lessons more fun. In this class we'll focus on having conversations, according to your interest, we'll focus on pronunciation, articulation and grammar. I specialize in conversational English and developing the learner’s confidence to start communicating effectively so as to help learners to communicate, work and study in native English speaking countries and enjoy interacting with native English speaking culture. You can do IELTS speaking mock test preparation with me. My students easily get 7 bands in speaking. You will just have to be consistent and work hard. I will guide you step by step. I am a great motivator. I will always encourage you. I will tell you about your mistakes in a friendly way and also how you can overcome them. Together we shall go ahead in this journey of learning.
