“Hiire is a talented and trustworthy teacher, and he is dedicated to the progress of his students. I highly recommend him!”
Hiire, fostering student confidence should be a top priority, as it plays a crucial role in their academic success and personal growth. Here are a few strategies to help boost student confidence:
Provide students with regular, constructive feedback on their progress. Acknowledge their strengths and offer guidance on areas for improvement. Positive reinforcement can greatly enhance their self-esteem and motivate them to keep progressing.
Encourage open communication and a non-judgmental space where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing themselves. When students feel supported, they are more likely to engage and take risks in their learning.Teacher, you are a good and trustworthy teacher. You communicate with your students, listing their complaints and changes.
I would only recommend one thing: Please talk to the employees and teachers about being serious and committed to the program.
I have seen several times teachers are not commited, if I am not wrong for first day you told us that the period is one hour and half and now it is about one hour and less than.
