About Franc
I form individual teaching environment for every learner, simplify the course content and present it in incremental steps with real life instances. In addition, I use the active learning approaches, visual closure, group activities and exercise besides problem-solving approaches toward implementing student engagement techniques. After a brief revision of past knowledge, new concepts are introduced, theoretical knowledge is applied, questions are asked that suit every learner and create confidence and curiosity within a learner. I apply different tools such as SPSS and problem solving strategies involved in physics and math for an improved academic performance.
