Methodology
I’ve taught all ages and levels, from beginners picking up an instrument for the first time to school jazz bands and orchestras. While I do stress the importance of technique and facility on the instrument, my main focus with students is on improvisation, as well tailoring the lessons to suit what kind of music each student wants to learn.

Hello! I've been playing the saxophone, clarinet, and flute for 13 years now, playing professionally in the Los Angeles scene for the past four years. I have teaching experience at all ages/levels, from private lessons to orchestra coaching. My background is in jazz and classical music, while a lot of the work I do in LA is more in the pop/rock setting- so we can go over any style you'd like. Recently graduated from USC Thornton School of Music!
