About Jonty
I have been playing the guitar for 20 years. In that time I have toured and gigged professionally and written and recorded my own material.
Most recently I toured theatres as Buddy Holly, playing and singing his songs - so rock n’ roll, along with blues and folk styles of playing are particular strong suits of mine.

My approach is about learning what makes the guitar interesting and appealing to you - and working with that to help maintain your passion and interest for it.
That means getting to know what music you like and tailoring the learning around that - so it remains fun and makes you WANT to learn! Rather than it feel like a chore.

Jonty, is extremely friendly and accommodating. I have started taking my 6 year old to lessons and she has enjoyed the sessions so far. He is a great guitar teacher, I would strongly recommend him to anyone. His prices are very reasonable.
Jonty is a kind, patient and gracious guy which makes him a great tutor! His enthusiasm and passion for the guitar shines through too, which encourages you to keep going and build even more of a love for the music. I would recommend Jonny to anybody wanting to learn and develop their guitar skills!
