I am a corporate leader with a Masters Degree in leadership, I also teach part-time. In my role as a leader I offer daily training and coaching with my team in helping them to meet their professional and personal goals. My teaching method is geared towards the needs of the individual. I conduct an initial evaluation to determine where you are correctly, such as a pretest, this helps to determine how much work will be needed and we work towards improving those results, periodic quizzes and test are used to help to improve the skill set.
