Payment is in advance and there is a cancellation fee if not cancelled with 48 hours. Cancellation fees are; $5 for WEBCAM scheduled training, $10 for training scheduled that involved travel and $20 if the training was scheduled in house. If multiple hours are purchased up front these cancellations fees are reduced by 50%.
