I have managed the IT Departments at Several Companies, attended university in Computer Science, completed Computer Programming and Information Systems diploma's at College, took several courses to keep my skills current and I am certified in ITIL, MCP, CRISC and MOUS.

About the lesson

My teaching methods is more of a hands on approach and open discussion. My typical methodology is; show, demonstrate, walk through it together and than have the person try on their own so that I can answer any questions they have.

Details

Payment is in advance and there is a cancellation fee if not cancelled with 48 hours. Cancellation fees are; $5 for WEBCAM scheduled training, $10 for training scheduled that involved travel and $20 if the training was scheduled in house. If multiple hours are purchased up front these cancellations fees are reduced by 50%.
