About Rainer

Professional musician with more than 10 years of experience, studies at the IUDEM and Jazz Workshop. My most recent projects include the direction and production of Majarete Sound Machine, recordings / concerts with Maurimix de Los Amigos invisibles, Juan Olmedillo de Los Mentas, projects shared with Luis Fernando Borjas de Guaco, Gaelica, Jorge Glem de C4 trio, Manuel Rangel, Vocus, Bostas Brain, Mcklopedia and sessionist for groups, soloists and various projects. Musical direction in the musicals Pippin and Spring Awakening, among other things. I have particularly received classes from great teachers and I am very happy to share my experiences and knowledge of this beautiful world of music with my students. I have experience teaching children, teenagers and adults over the past few years, and being a certified Audio Engineer has made me close to other great musicians and producers from whom I have learned a lot. If you want to start your career as an instrumentalist, reinforce knowledge, have specific training regarding some musical genre, clarify doubts, enter the world of music at a professional level, handle theoretical tools and language or just have fun and "jam" learning the instrument and songs, or if you delve into the professional ways of recording your instrument for your models or projects, here you can contact me to work together on this rewarding path!

About the lesson

Classes aimed at all ages, to know the instrument, to familiarize yourself with concepts, execution, technique, auditory development, repertoire, genres, as well as scales, arpeggios and programmatic content. If you want to enter and know this wonderful instrument, I am here to help you! I have a recording studio solely dedicated to teaching, where I even offer you the option of recording your demo as a guitarist.

When Rai contacted me asking if I could leave a review for him on this site I was more than happy to oblige! This guys is great; so funny, talented and (best of all) patient!! It’s been years since I took my classes with him and to this day I don’t know if I would have ever gotten over my fear of learning to play the guitar had it not been for him. I was his student for a few good months while he was living here in NYC and to this day I still keep in touch when I have a question about something. We have even done a few video sessions which is very convenient. Thumbs up all the way. Want to learn from a pro? This guy is your guy.
