Methodology

First and foremost I ask my student what they want or if there is a particular problem that they have. I can use software to attach to their computer to work together.

Background

I am a retired Executive for IBM, PriceWaterhouse, and the University of Pennsylvania. Most of my work has been in IT, both consulting and Project Management. I have always been teaching both employees on my teams, coaching them, and providing advice.
