About Sara
I’m Sara Feged, and I’m a graduate of the Loomis Chaffee School and a prospective Economics and Political Science major at Columbia University. I earned a 5 on the AP Lang exam, won English department awards at my school, and served as Secretary General of Model UN, where I coached over 100 students in public speaking, argumentation, and clear writing. I’ve also worked as a tutor at the Hartford Public Library, teaching English to students of all backgrounds. Whether you’re working on essays, prepping for APs, or just trying to improve your writing, I’m here to make the process easier and more rewarding.

I specialize in essay writing and helping students in every part of the writing process. Based on the students' focus, I have lesson plans working through formulating thesis statements, incorporating evidence, and practicing general structure.
In high school, I received English department awards all four years, wrote college essays that yielded entry to Columbia University, and helped tutor students in English class and college essay writing.
These lessons are primarily for high school students.
