About Ashima

Friendly Online Tutor for Classes 1–5 | Maths, English & All Subjects | Personal Attention & Exam Preparation
Hello! I’m Ashima, an MBA graduate with professional work experience and a genuine interest in helping young children learn with confidence.

I provide online tuition for students from Classes 1 to 5, with a focus on making concepts simple, improving school performance and helping children become more confident in their studies.

My teaching style is patient, friendly and personalized. I believe children learn best when they are comfortable asking questions and are taught according to their individual learning pace.

Subjects I teach

Classes 1–5 – All Subjects

- Mathematics
- English
- Hindi
- EVS / Environmental Studies
- General knowledge
- Reading & writing
- School homework
- Revision and exam preparation

What your child will receive

Personal attention
Simple explanation of difficult concepts
Homework support
Regular practice
Reading and writing improvement
Maths problem-solving practice
Revision before school tests and exams
Short tests to track progress
Friendly and comfortable learning environment
Regular feedback to parents

My teaching approach

I don't want a child to simply memorize answers.

First, I try to understand where the child is struggling. Then I explain the concept in simple language, give guided practice and gradually encourage the child to solve questions independently.

For younger children, I also include conversation, examples and activities so that the class doesn't feel like a burden.

My experience

I am an MBA graduate in HR & Finance and have professional experience working in the banking sector. My professional background has helped me develop strong communication, organization and responsibility skills.

I am now offering online academic support to primary-school students and would love to help children strengthen their fundamentals and develop confidence in their studies.

Fees

Introductory online tuition: ₹250–₹300 per hour

Monthly packages can also be discussed depending on the number of classes required.

First introductory/demo class available at no cost.

Who my classes are ideal for

My classes are especially suitable for parents looking for a tutor who can help their child with:

• Weak Maths fundamentals
• English reading or grammar
• Difficulty completing homework independently
• Lack of confidence in studies
• Regular revision and school-test preparation
• General academic support after school

A message for parents

Every child learns differently. If your child needs someone who will patiently explain concepts, listen to their questions and give them individual attention, I would be happy to help.

You are welcome to book an introductory class so that we can understand your child's current level and learning needs before deciding on regular classes.

Let's make learning simpler, more enjo
