About Mehek
I have studied about how in the early stages of academic development for kids is crucial on how a kid feels about school, dealing with challenges and future academic habits. I come from a big STEM background and one of my biggest takeaways is how important english is no matter what field you may be in. I want to help push the next generation to fall in love with learning and use skills like effective writing and comprehension to help them succeed with whatever path they follow in life.

I plan lessons based on the kid (their learning style, communication habits and will accommodate for special needs or any other needs the kid may need to have meet).
I prefer working with younger kids (elementary + middle school).
While improving and teaching certain academic skills, I want the kid to recognize skills in themselves like self-growth, confidence, perseverance as it will help them soar through future academic journeys.
I write reports after each lesson and love to communicate progress and future homework/plans and updating with ways parents they can effectively support their kids.
