About Cara
I haven't had much experience teaching formally, but have helped family members with test preparation and understanding complex literature for a few years. During my time in secondary school I helped students in younger years with understanding poetry and shakespeare, and going through efficient essay structure and writing styles.

I am a 1st year degree student who has just finished the new A level course. Although currently studying psychology, I achieved an A* English Literature AQA A level. My teaching style is relaxed but in depth, I aim to make sure you understand everything you can about your literature. I generally use mind maps, detailed notes and thorough read-throughs to get the best results. I will be happy to work out tutoring lesson plans with my students to tackle specific issues and use our time efficiently.
