About Alyssa

I have earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and am moving on to pursue a Master's degree in the field. I have experience with professional writing for research, creative writing, persuasive essays, rhetorical essays, etc. My papers have always been something I am most proud of throughout my educational journey, and they are always something I can rely on for a high grade in a class. I have been a professional athlete for 15 years, thus I understand the work-school-training balance that can be very difficult at times. I am here to help those who strive for success both in school and in their sport! I have been a common resource for my friends and family for writing advice, and have received a lot of positive feedback after their submission deadlines! I will make sure your paper is looking strong and clear with the professionalism, organization, and flow that it needs! I am very passionate about writing and the structure of English grammar and language, so you will be sure to learn plenty of tips, tricks, do's and don'ts!

About the lesson

I am all about learning how to complete essay processes on your own! I will provide assistance through knowledge of writing structure and writing rules, as well as with my opinions and my past experiences with professors. However, even with my tips and tricks, you will always complete the project on your own. I am here for guidance and proof-reading to make sure you can complete your project with full potential! I also am very educated in creating resumes and I can guide with example resumes.

A typical lesson plan will begin with discussing writing prompts, goals you have for your outcomes, goals in general with writing overtime, and reviewing any progress already completed for the task. After that, we would work on reading what you already have written, and discussing how we can improve it from the small details to the overall picture.

My lessons are recommended for highschool and undergraduate college students, but really anyone who needs writing assistance. I have not yet completed graduate school, so anyone who is above an undergraduate school level may be more experienced than I am, but I am still very much willing to assist!
